Chassis Tire Program (Optional)
$ 25 per week covers 100% cost of the first 4 chassis tires. Tractor tires not covered
Required Documents
- Valid Class-A CDL
- Valid Medical Card
- Current Tractor Registration
- Current DOT Annual Inspection
- Proof of $1,000,000 Non-Trucking Liability Insurance policy with Continuum Transportation listed as the certificate holder
- Proof of Physical Damage/Comprehensive-Collision Insurance policy with Continuum Transportation as the certificate holder
Driver Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Must have no more than 2 moving violations in one year or 3 moving violations in 2 years
- When completing your application please be accurate with your employment history. We verify employment dates, duties and reason for departure
- All questions with a red star must be answered
